The Royal mile.

The Royal Mile. This doesn’t begin to show the madness of the city. It is packed with thousands of visitors. Getting down the sidewalks is problematic andthereareplaces where you literally cannot move.

My arrival has been comedy of errors.My baghas been lost and i’ve Spent my first few days without my things. I’m at this moment on hold hoping to talk with an agent about my bag. One can only dream.

Under a great influence.

So farI’ve met up with Ann and seen two plays. “Nina’s got News” a short one act trifle about a boyfriend-girlfriend breakup. Mostly sex jokes and while entertaining completely forgettable. Waiting for Godot was on the other hand excellent and we had fabulous seat. The set was minimal as is usual in a Becket piece – a bedraggled tree trunk and a large stone. The dialogue is a stripped down as the set but the fine acting brought out the pathos and humor. Excellent production!!!!
